Our scotia beading covers the expansion gap between a new floating floor and the existing skirting, so the room looks finished without lifting the old boards. The range includes unfinished veneered solid wood, lacquered oak and colour-selectable laminate scotia, giving you a match for engineered, solid and laminate installations. Fix scotia to the skirting board, never to the floor itself, so the floating floor can still move with seasonal humidity changes. Free samples are available on selected profiles so you can compare colours before ordering.
