Engineered wood flooring is easy to install and maintain. It can be fitted with glue-down and nail-down techniques, but the easiest and most common is the floating method. Floating installation makes the repair and replacement of boards an easy task, but a good quality underlay is required. It can be installed over under floor heating, is recommended for people who suffer from allergies or asthma and it is suitable for families who have children or pets.
