Delivery Information from Jordan’s Woodflooring

All goods need to be checked and signed for. Deliveries are to the kerbside – the driver is unable to carry the goods into the customer’s premises.

The driver will unload the goods from the vehicle but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient help is available when the delivery arrives.

The delivery may be made by a courier including (depending on the size of the order) a pallet service by a large lorry.

Our couriers will deliver between 8am and 6pm Unfortunately we are unable to give a specific time.

We will make every effort to adhere to an agreed delivery day but can accept no liability for circumstances beyond our control.

Please advise us at time of purchase if the delivery address has any restricted access or other parking issues.

Please note that if there is no-one to accept delivery the goods will be returned to their original place of departure and a further carriage charge of £100.00 to re-deliver will apply.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Local delivery charge is £25.00 plus VAT

Local delivery charge involving stairs starts at £50.00 plus VAT

Deliveries out of local delivery zone would be by courier and priced at point of sale.

Please note all deliveries made by Jordan’s Woodflooring are to ground floor only unless specified otherwise. Courier deliveries are curb side only.
